Our client, a pharmacy based in Alberton, Gauteng, is seeking to employ a pharmacy admin assistant to assist the pharmacist with the administration of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- General assistance with the daily administration duties
- Ensure a clean and well-organized environment
- Ordering of stock
- Capturing stock items & processing of supplier invoices
- Checking and tracking expired stock
- Attend to the necessary stock taking abilities
- Attend to point of sale duties
- Write letters and memos, prepare receipts and invoices and file orders
- Assist with accounts
- Assist the pharmacist on duty
Qualifications and skills
- Matric
- Similar experience within a pharmacy environment will be advantageous
- Experience with stock ordering & stock take is essential
