Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional pharmacy support to Boots stores across the UK.Manage and respond to store queries in a timely and effective manner.Monitor and maintain service levels, proactively communicating with stores regarding any delays or operational issues.Ensure patient safety remains at the forefront of all decision-making and dispensing activities.Maintain accountability for the safe and accurate dispensing and checking of prescriptions.Ensure all governance processes, policies, and procedures are followed.Work in accordance with Clinical Governance requirements and General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards.Support compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality dispensing service.Typical Day
