+ Posting **POSITION SUMMARY:** Provides pharmaceutical service and care to all patient populations including neonates, infants, children, adults and geriatrics based on individual variables and disease state. This care is provided through the most recent concepts of drug utilization and control which is the sum total of knowledge, understanding, judgement, procedure, skills, controls and ethics that ensure optimal safety in the distribution and use of medications.
