What You Will Do:

As the pediatric/PICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Henry Ford St John Children’s Hospital you will be an integrated pharmacy resource within the pediatric unit and PICU and will be actively sought out by the medical and multidisciplinary teams for your expert medication knowledge. You will play an essential role in optimizing our pediatric patients’ medication management through daily patient care activities and through policy, protocol and order set development, as well as ongoing drug use evaluation and safety/quality initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the mentoring and education of Pharmacy Residents, Doctor of Pharmacy students and other health care professionals.
