The Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2 applies clinical and operational expertise to ensure effective and compliant processing and dispensing of Specialty pharmacy prescription orders to be mailed to patients' homes and/or provider offices.
