Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our commercial operations in Chile. The Country Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor relationships, handling regulatory coordination, and ensuring smooth business operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets (territory-wise, product-wise, rep-wise).
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to improve in-clinic and sales force effectiveness.
• Manage distributor stock, payments, and sales reporting.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and MOH officials.
