Personal Secretary

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Personal Secretary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Prepare reports, presentations, letters, minutes of meetings, and other business documents.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.

• Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, government authorities, and business partners on behalf of the Chairman.

• Draft professional correspondence and communications.

• Coordinate information flow between departments and ensure timely updates to the Chairman

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
