In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

Case Evaluation & Strategy

·       Evaluate new personal injury claims by reviewing medical records, liability, insurance coverage, and damages to determine case viability and develop a strategic plan designed to maximize recovery.

Case Development

·       Build case value through thorough factual investigation, strategic medical guidance, evidence preservation, witness developmen...
