Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and company goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is well‑maintained and in good working condition.
• Handle despatch duties including collection and delivery of documents.
• Assist with general office errands.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
• Plan efficient travel routes using navigation tools, taking into account traffic and weather conditions.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
