Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide dedicated chauffeuring services to the executive, ensuring safe and timely transportation to appointments.
- Operate the assigned vehicle in a courteous and safe manner while observing all traffic regulations.
- Plan the most efficient routes by monitoring daily traffic and weather conditions to enhance trip efficiency.
- Maintain the vehicle in peak condition, ensuring it meets all safety standards and requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, both inside and out.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner while performing duties as a personal driver to superiors and visitors.
- Manage vehicle upkeep including topping up fuel and scheduling regular servicing and inspections.
- Print cash card statements and prepare monthly expenses for the vehicle, submitting all petrol receipts for reimbursement.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
