Overview

Female P.A carer required for a gentleman who has had a stroke. AM & PM care call each day 7 days a week, hours vary. 20 hours per week, @ £13.45 per hour. May require flexibility with care call visits around appointments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with getting out of bed & dressing, promote hygiene to shower in the week.
• Meal preps, or cooking meals. Handle & prompt with daily medication.
• Keep residence hygienically clean & tidy.
• Shopping (if required). Laundry duties once a week (Thursdays).
• PM care call for meal prep & to maintain tidiness.
• Build a good rapport with client.
• Assist with client’s left‑side hemiparesis due to a Stroke.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferred driver with own vehicle, but not essential.
• Punctuality essential. DBS check required; post subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
