• Provides hands-on care and performs tasks following the Aide Assignment Sheet/Plan of Care.
• Responsible for client care monitoring and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisor(s).
• Responsible for following agency policy regarding procedures or duties that an aide may perform.
• Follows the care plan, which outlines the level of assistance the client needs for each ADL.
• If the plan requires only limited assistance, the in-home aide does not need to be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
