General Responsibilities:
Delivers exceptional experience to customers and prospects with a focus on meeting the financial needs of all areas of our community. Capable of supporting clients in-person or virtually. Responsible for working as an active member of the branch office sales/service team and providing support related to the day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services of the Bank.
Essential Duties:
Performs various duties relating to the Branch as follows:Successful Completion of One Bank/One Team/One Brand discipline of collaboration and teamwork in order to achieve bank objectives.Processes various customer transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, cash advances, etc.) efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.
