• Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates.
• Maintain product mix to ensure profitability of the business.
• Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer.
• Ensure adherence to credit and policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation.
• Manage bulk sourcing of customers from the corporate sector and exploit sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships.
