Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with office operations as well as personal and family-related matters
  • Manage household tasks and coordinate family responsibilities for executives
  • Handle business communications, including phone calls, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, proposals, and confidential documents
  • Prepare documentation and materials for meetings with staff and business partners
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and schedules for top management
  • Draft and translate correspondence in both English and Chinese
  • Support various ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
  • Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a secretary or personal assistant
