Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Personal Assistant to support a senior newbuilding ship broker. This role is designed to amplify efficiency, maintain structure, and ensure execution discipline across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage emails, schedules, and follow-ups with shipyards, owners, makers, and internal teams
. Track multiple ongoing newbuilding projects and ensure timely execution
. Prepare and format documents, summaries, and comparison tables
. Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
. Act as the first line of organisation and filtering, not a message passer
Requirements
. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and under time pressure
. Able to execute instructions clearly, quickly, and independently
. Prior exposure to shipping, maritime, or project coordination is a plus
