Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and calendar planning.
- Arrange business travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary coordination.
- Draft, review, and organize emails, letters, presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow‑up.
