Description

  • The primary objective of this role is to provide daily personal assistant and administrative support to non-executive directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments.

  • Organise filing and minute-taking.

  • Screen and direct calls appropriately.

  • Prepare reports and presentations.

  • Type and format documents, primarily in Word and PowerPoint.

  • Manage emails and correspondence.

  • Arrange local and international travel.

  • Coordinate external off-sites and strategy sessions.

  • Organise and attend meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
