Our Head of Regulatory Compliance is seeking a dedicated, resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high‑level support and help navigate the fast‑moving and varied demands of the role. The Regulatory Compliance Unit plays a vital role in ensuring Christchurch remains a safe, healthy, and well‑managed place to live, work, and visit. Our responsibilities include alcohol licensing, food safety, environmental health, premises licensing, animal management, compliance and investigations, and LIM information.

Our dedicated Customer Service & Triage team supports these functions, helping ensure individuals and organisations meet their regulatory responsibilities for the public good.
