Permanent Customer Care Home Loan Retention Officer (Banking Industry) @ Raffles Place Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: up to $3,600
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 7.30pm
Responsibilities - Speaking to customers on phone over home loan repricing
- Restructuring of loans (e.g. divorce/split ownership) is not under this team
- Assign to a list of customers to call to resolve customers’ queries on repricing
- Kpi is based on retention of customers as well as service levels.
- Daily case load is 40 average, but if high volume may go up to 50-60.
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements - Minimum diploma with relevant 3-4 years of home loans working experience
- Or degree holders with working experience (customer service experience or home loan processing/home loan sales/home loan retention)
