Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities for Sector President & VP Finance
- Coordinate business travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics
- Handle expense claims in line with company policies
- Organise meetings, workshops, and executive events (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
- Support large‑scale events such as conferences and town halls
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and executive materials
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
- Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years admin experience (2+ years supporting senior executives)
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in event planning and fast‑paced environments
