We are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for the role of MICE Team Manager (12 Months FTC) for our ever‑growing Perk Events team. In this role, you will manage a team of MICE Specialists and focus on the constant skill development of the team and helping them achieve sales goals.

What you will do

• Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
• Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
• Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.
• Coach & mentor a world‑class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople; have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
• Have an in‑depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
