Position Overview
Responsibilities - Daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.
- Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.
- Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.
- Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).
- Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.
- Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.
