Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Functional Champions and Delivery Teams in developing and harmonizing KPIs and its definitons, formula, calculation by data sources, including targets, baselines, etc. Prepare and facilitate business reviews and executive presentations covering deep-dive performance insights, market and competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and other business-relevant information that will provide management a data-driven approach to growing GBS and ensuring its performance levels remain optimal globally. Develop training materials and facilitate workshops about KPIs and reporting to drive awareness about these topics and cultivate high-performing culture. Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of all data reported in the dashboard. Manage defects and change requests to ensure dashboard is always updated and correct.
