Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale paid performance marketing campaigns across our B2B and D2C client portfolio. You'll drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention for our clients' businesses while managing budgets, testing hypotheses, and delivering results-driven strategies. You'll be equally strong in managing paid channels (Meta, Google) and marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

● Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and emerging platforms.
