Position Overview
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (Onsite) About Role : We're looking for a performance marketer who has built, scaled, and optimized revenue-driving Google Ads campaigns for Indian D2C brands. If Google Ads is where you spend most of your time, and you've successfully managed meaningful budgets while driving profitable growth, we'd like to talk. What Matters Most : Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Proven experience scaling Indian D2C brands through paid acquisition. Experience managing monthly media spends of ₹50 Lakhs. Deep understanding of ecommerce growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rate, and contribution profitability. Ability to independently execute, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns. Meta Ads Experience : You should be comfortable running and optimizing Meta campaigns , but this role is primarily Google-focused.
