Responsible for SPX Operations OKR - Delivery Time and Delivered SLA Commitment % - handle key stakeholders in lens with SPX delivery standards and performance Identify key metrics to monitor Linehaul, Lastmile and overall E2E performance (responsible for performance from Sorting Center to Customer's hand) Drive multiple strategic improvement initiatives including develop hypothesis, align stakeholders, generate insights, and determine action plan, ensuring ground level feasibility and scalability Develop monitoring dashboard and management level KPI Identify potential improvement opportunities Actively monitor initiative progress for impact analysis Collaborate with multiple stakeholders ranges from management to ground level across local and regional offices Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams to drive cross-functional initiatives Requirements:
