Position: Freelance -Performance management and career development (Own Visa)

Job Required Performance Management - Manage all phases of the performance cycle: (Preparation of cycle, conduct awareness sessions, Provide support to employees & managers, Track progress and completion, Follow-up and report)
- Ensure objective setting quality (SMART & alignment)
- Support and review Individual Development Plans
- Track IDP submissions and analyse development needs
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for low performers (Year Start)
- Develop and monitor career transition plans (when required)
Training & Development - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Allocate activities based on training budget
- Prepare annual training plan & calendar
