This is a rare opportunity for a Performance Engineer to join a growing team and help shape how performance is measured, understood, and improved across a fleet of commercial vessels. The role is ideally suited to someone with experience working with real-world engineering data , telemetry , or industrial systems .

Working closely with engineering , software , and commercial teams, you will own the end-to-end data and insight pipeline , ensuring operational data is captured accurately and translated into meaningful insight.
