As a Performance and Resolution Analyst you will describe, analyze, and resolve application and system problems.
The candidate will need to work efficiently across functional teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot complex issues, supervise the resolution of all issues assigned for their care, raise critical issues appropriately to the supervisor and support teams, and instantiate the crisis process to address critical issues.
The analyst will contribute to the remediation of issues and address inefficiencies in processes and documentation of applications and systems, identify trends in alerting telemetry data and work proactively with other teams to solve issues, automate or script repeatable tasks, develop analyst training with other infrastructure teams, and lead medium‐to‐high complexity operational projects.
