This is a newly created role within Kāinga Ora’s People and Assurance team, reporting to the Manager, People Systems & Intelligence. The People Technology & Systems Lead will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of people‑related systems and technologies. Working across key business groups—including HR, Finance, and enterprise technology functions—this role ensures people data, systems, and processes are integrated, aligned, and effectively support organisational priorities.
