As our new People Partner, you’ll have a direct impact on the employee experience across Huddly, from Oslo to our teams in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia. Reporting to the VP People & IT, you will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while playing a key role in strengthening our people strategy, culture, and ways of working.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Be a trusted partner for employees and managers, contributing to a great employee experience
Maintain and update HR documentation, including employment contracts, personnel handbook, policies, and routines, as well as processes for onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, and holidays
Support and follow up on absence and sick leave in line with Norwegian regulations.
Own our HR system (Huma), ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date, and publish relevant HR communication to employees through the platform.
