Drive end-to-end recruitment for all priority roles, including active headhunting, sourcing, and pipeline building, not just inbound application management. Own and optimise the ATS (Breezy) to ensure structured, consistent, and accountable hiring processes across the business. Design and refine competency‑based screening, including role‑specific scorecards and structured interview panels. Manage hiring timelines proactively, escalating delays and bottlenecks before they impact the business. Coordinate with Ex Co and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate non‑negotiables, and remuneration expectations upfront.
