Summary

The People Data Lead is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely maintenance of employee data in Workday. This role leads a small team of People Data Specialists, provides day‑to‑day guidance and workload coordination, and ensures data quality across the employee lifecycle. The team lead serves as a key liaison between the business, HR Business Partners, and the People Data team, bringing strong HR knowledge to interpret transactions and mitigate risks associated with data or process errors.
