Position Overview

About the Role

On behalf of a prominent government organization, we are seeking an organized and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join their team. This fast‑paced contract role is heavily focused on providing critical operational support to clear an administrative backlog while assisting with day‑to‑day generalist P&C activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog Clearance: Audit, update, and organize employee files, training records, and compliance data within the HRIS.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare contracts, process pre‑employment checks (vetting), and coordinate induction schedules.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews and manage candidate correspondence.
  • General Administration: Act as the first point of contact for routine internal queries regarding policies and leave.
