Regional Business Partner, EMEA – 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract

This position is an 6‑month contract role based in Britain, working three days a week remotely in the Bristol or Farnborough Pax8 offices. The Regional Business Partner will partner with senior leaders across EMEA to develop talent, support teams, and lead change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering and coaching: build strong relationships with leaders, diagnose needs quickly, and help them make confident people‑first decisions.
• Leadership support: coach leaders through performance conversations, team dynamics, and complex situations.
