People and Finance Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion

Location: Crawley, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: Up to £600 per day

We are seeking an experienced People and Finance Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion to support a major enterprise transformation programme following a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation.

This role will focus on defining target-state architecture, delivering solution designs, and guiding critical enhancements across Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party providers to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities include

* Define architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion enhancements and change requests

* Ensure adherence to technical standards and “configure not customise” principles
