Reporting to the Vice President, People, Culture & Marketing, the People & Culture Advisor plays a key role in delivering People & Culture programs and supporting the employee experience across HMECU. This position partners with leaders and employees to provide practical Human Resources support and guidance while leading initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and People systems. The role also supports health & safety, privacy, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
