Pega - LSA Responsibilities Support the Consulting Practice within the Banking domain including mentoring, performance management and practice building Lead client engagements whether as part of a pursuit or delivery effort, working with clients to drive business transformation through a consultative approach Manage project design and delivery efforts including developing the project logic, project design, detailed work streams, team structure and deliverables Develop strong key client relationships, managing client expectations and presenting final recommendations persuasively to senior teams Facilitate and lead working sessions with clients, subject matter experts, stakeholders, consulting teams and technical teams Manage analysis teams to elicit detailed business designs an...
