**Purpose:** Provides assistance to medical staff leaders and medical staff members. Coordinates peer review process. Responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance of CMS and TJC related to Genesis Medical Centers’ privileged providers. Provide administrative support for conflict management. Responsible for medical staff committee agenda development, accurate recording of discussions and actions, and appropriate follow up and maintenance of minutes as it pertains to peer review. Provide support for Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) of privileged providers to evaluate current competency and quality of patient care.
