The Pediatric Echocardiographer's primary responsibility is performing cardiac ultrasound procedures on the pediatric population, secondary responsibility will be performing cardiac ultrasound procedures on the adult population. He/she also assists a trained, credentialed cardiologist attending during stress echocardiogram and TEE procedures when necessary.
