PDC Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for PDC Technicians to join our client’s busy automotive workshop in Chipping Warden. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a constant flow of vehicles, ensuring all checks are completed to a high standard before vehicles are released.


The Role:


Within this role, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections and basic vehicle checks, including:

  • Role requires worker to do checks on vehicles:

  • Checking fluid levels

  • Carrying out visual tyre inspections

  • Completing brake checks

  • Inspecting seatbelts for wear & tear

  • Ensuring vehicles meet required standards prior to release

  • Occasionally making and fitting number plates

  • This is a non-mechanical role – no fitment work or ramp inspections are required.

    • The Person:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
