Compensation:
Base Pay: $30.76 – $41.50/hour (based on years of experience)
Differentials: +$4.75/hour nights | +$3.00/hour weekends | +$2.00/hour with national certification
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Paid 2% on first/second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments
Relocation Assistance: Available, case by case

We’re looking for skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown RNs to join a high-acuity 46-bed Cardiac PCU unit. Patients are continuously monitored on telemetry and include diagnoses such as Afib, RVR, and pre/post-cath.
