Job Overview

We are looking for a PCN Prescribing Pharmacist for 37.50 hours per week at E16 Health.

Responsibilities

• Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and long‑term condition (LTC) advice.
• Deliver safe clinical decisions and expert care while collaborating with a multi‑professional team; drive innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Ability to apply effective clinical judgement, prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Previous general practice experience desirable.

Package and Benefits

• Annual salary up to £52,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro‑rata)....
