PCN Appeals Officer

Based in Wembley.

Temporary on going contract. £26.44 per hour Umbrella.

Working from home 2 days.

This position is for a PCN Appeals officer who will mainly be responsible for processing School Street Representations (contravention code 53).

• Knowledge of parking legislation.
• Experience of processing representations and appeals.
• Experience of meeting targets both qualitative and quantitative.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise with minimal intervention, a demanding personal workload.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in plain writing.
• Proven ability to make sound and appropriate decisions that adhere to the current legislation.
