Position Overview
Great Entry Level Opportunity to get into Human Services. Our client is seeking a full time PCA Skills Trainer to help consumers to achieve the greatest level of independence possible. PCA Skills Trainers provide “functional skills training” to PCA consumers to ensure that the consumer and/or surrogate can effectively manage their personal care program and meet their personal care needs. This Temp to Hire opportunity works from the Pittsfield office but involves travel throughout Berkshire County.Pay Rate is $18.50/HR to start with a 14% increase after 90 days.
