Job Description

Role Purpose

This role leads secure PC rehabilitation, refurbishment, and decommissioning activities, ensuring data protection, environmental compliance, and asset lifecycle closure as defined in the SOW.

Key Responsibilities (SOW-Aligned)

Rehabilitation & Refurbishment

• Receive and evaluate returned PCs for rehabilitation and refurbishment
• Identify salvageable components and oversee repair or replacement
• Maximize reuse and lifecycle extension of eligible devices
• Ensure secure data sanitization and destruction for decommissioned PCs
• Manage disposal vendors and compliance with security and environmental standards
• Process donation and disposal requests

Asset Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain detailed tracking of decommissioned, refurbished, and disposed assets
