You will be responsible for running payroll on a global scale – working with payroll vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure everything runs accurately and on time, staying compliant with local tax and statutory requirements, and handling audits and escalations as they arise. Alongside this, you will look for ways to streamline processes and strengthen governance, and will be the key owner of the payroll and HR systems landscape.
