Our Belgium payroll team sits within a broader HR function that lives by three values: lead, deliver, care. As Interim Payroll Team Lead, you will guide a small, dedicated team responsible for accurate and timely payroll for approximately 300 blue- and white-collar employees, reporting directly to the Head of Payroll Segment.
This is a hybrid role based at our Belgium office (3 days in the office per week), offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility. You'll be at the heart of people operations - partnering with Finance, HR, and external providers to deliver a seamless payroll experience every month.
