Position Overview
What you’ll do
:
Lead and develop a payroll team in a high-volume, in-house payroll environment
Oversee accurate and timely payroll for ~2,000 individuals across multiple states, including employees, foreign nationals, and stipend recipients
Manage foreign national payroll compliance, including tax administration, tax residency determinations, treaty applications, and reporting
Drive continuous improvement by auditing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and partnering closely with HR and Finance
